Our office is over at No 58/2 in Kempe Gowda Nagar, right near the 8th mile mark. T Dasarahalli is a part of North Bangalore that stays pretty active throughout the week. Samaanama Promoter LLP started working from this spot because it felt right for the kind of things we do every day. It’s a practical space. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. Instead, it’s mostly just rooms filled with desks and people trying to stay on top of their schedules. The traffic around here can be a bit of a headache during rush hour, so most of us try to get in early. Dealing with property and land matters means there’s always a lot of back and forth. Someone is always heading out to a site or coming back with a stack of papers to sign. We’ve gotten used to the noise of the street outside. It’s part of the environment. Inside, we keep things simple. We don't spend money on expensive furniture when the old chairs work just fine. Our team knows the local area well because we’re here all the time. If you walk down the street, you’ll see the usual shops and tea stalls that we visit for our breaks. It’s a normal neighborhood and we’re just a normal business trying to keep things moving. There isn't much more to it than that. We just do the work.
