S L V N CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

We’ve been set up here in HSR Layout for some time now. Our office is right on 15th C Cross, near that 22nd B Main junction in the 1st Sector. It’s a busy spot, mostly because of all the new houses going up around here. We spend a lot of our mornings just drinking tea and looking over site maps before the laborers show up. Bangalore traffic is a mess, so we try to get most things moving before the rush starts. S L V N is basically just a few of us trying to keep projects on track. We deal with cement, bricks, and all those basic things you need to put a building together. Sometimes the rain messes up our schedule, especially during the monsoon months when the roads get muddy. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a place with some desks and a lot of dust from the nearby construction sites. Most people find us because they live in the neighborhood and see us working. We don't do much advertising. We just show up at the site, check the work, and make sure the materials arrived on time. It is hard work staying on top of everything, but that is just how construction goes in a place like this. We know the local guys and where to get the stuff we need without too much trouble. It's a simple setup we have here for anyone who needs building work done.
