S G R Builders & Developers Llp is our name. You can find us at No 50 on the 1st Cross. We are in the J.C. Hbcs part of Mico Layout, which is in Mahalakshmipura. We work in the building and development industry. It’s a lot of hard work and many hours spent on the phone or at different sites. We aren’t a big, fancy company. Our office on the 1st Cross is a practical place where we keep our files and meet with people. Mahalakshmipura is a nice neighborhood and we’ve been here for a while. We don't have a bunch of corporate slogans. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Most of the day, we are looking at blueprints or talking to contractors. It’s a straightforward business. We are an LLP, so it’s a group of us working together to make things happen. Mico Layout is a place we know well, and we like being part of the local community. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We just build things and develop property. The office usually has a lot going on, with people coming in and out all the time. If you know where the J.C. Hbcs area is, then finding number 50 on the 1st Cross is pretty easy. We are just regular people doing our jobs and trying to build something that lasts. That’s really all there is to it for us.
