Reliance Captal Ltd

Our place is at House Number 89 in Bangalore, Karnataka. It's in the 560078 zip code area. It’s a bit of a residential-feeling spot, not one of those massive glass towers you see in the tech parks across the city. We like it that way because it's easier to get to and feels much less formal. The name on the door says Reliance Captal Ltd, and we’ve been operating out of this house for a bit. Inside, it’s basically just a few rooms turned into offices. We have our computers set up and plenty of space for all the files we have to keep for the record. Bangalore traffic is always a major conversation topic here, as most of us spend a lot of time commuting back and forth. We don't have a fancy receptionist or a coffee machine that makes fancy lattes. We just have an old kettle and some basic biscuits. It’s a very grounded way to work. We spend the day looking at capital figures and making sure the records are updated correctly. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and you can hear them laughing through the windows. It’s a very human atmosphere for an office. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or shiny brochures. We just do the tasks that are on our desks and go home at the end of the shift. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do every day.
