Recruter

Recruter is our small setup over at D 8 95 407 Sfs 4Th Phase Yelahanka Newtown Bangalore 560064. Being in this part of Bangalore is a bit different than being in the middle of the city. It’s a bit more relaxed, though the traffic on the way here can still be a headache. We work out of the Sfs area, and it’s a pretty simple arrangement. We have our desks set up and we spend the day going through candidates and talking to different managers. We don't have any fancy signs or a big reception desk. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. The 4th Phase is a good neighborhood, and we’ve gotten to know the people around here. We spend a lot of time on the computer, looking at job boards and responding to messages. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we find it interesting enough. We don't try to sound like a big multinational company because we aren't one. We’re just a small group of people in Bangalore trying to keep things organized. Some days are really busy and we barely have time for lunch, while other days are quiet enough to catch up on filing. We just take it as it comes and try to be helpful. We’ve got a few potted plants by the window that we sometimes forget to water. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people.
