Recruitment Consultant

Our office is right in the 13 Paritosh Complex, which is near the police station on the main road in R T Nagar. If you know Bangalore, you know how busy that main road can get, especially during the commute hours. We have been here in Karnataka for a while now, doing our work as a Recruitment Consultant. It is not a very big office, but it is enough for us to keep our computers and all the files we need. We spend most of our time looking for people to fill different roles. It is a lot of phone calls and a lot of waiting for people to call us back. We do not have any big mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to help people find a decent job and help businesses get the staff they need. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the printouts and resumes lying around, but we know where everything is. We like being in R T Nagar because it is a lively area and there is always somewhere to grab a quick tea nearby. We are just a regular group of people doing a regular job. We don't try to sound more important than we are. It is just a simple business, trying to make the hiring process a bit easier for everyone involved. We take things one day at a time, looking at resumes and making phone calls in the 560032 area. It keeps us busy.
