Recruitment Consuitant

We’ve been working out of this spot at 31 Trinetra for a good while now. It’s on the 1st Main, right there in the 3rd Block of RMV 2nd Stage in Bangalore. Most people know the area well, it’s a bit tucked away but easy enough to find if you know where the 2nd A Cross is. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and a lot of paper everywhere. We do recruitment work under the name Recruitment Consuitant, which mostly means we spend our days looking at resumes and talking to people on the phone. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it’s quite quiet. We don't have a big corporate setup or a lobby with fancy chairs. It’s just us here. We try to help people find jobs and help companies find someone to work for them. It sounds simple but it takes up all our time. The Bangalore traffic can be a real headache, so we’re glad we’re based here in this part of town instead of being stuck in the middle of the city. We’ve got a small team and we just handle things as they come. Sometimes the internet acts up or we run out of coffee, but we get by. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there, just a local one that does the work. If you’re walking by 560054, you might see us through the window just typing away. It's practical work and we like it that way.
