Recruiter

Our office is based out of Dbsandra in Bangalore. We’re located at 1st Cross, right at Mahesh Moger’s place, care of Kannappan. It’s a very residential area, so it’s quite a different vibe from the big office blocks in the city center. We’re basically working out of a house. It’s got a small front yard with a few plants that we try to keep alive. Inside, we’ve turned one of the larger rooms into our main office area. It’s a bit crowded with all the computers and cables, but it works for us. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If someone comes by, they usually just knock on the front door and one of us will let them in. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and we’ve gotten used to the quiet pace of the neighborhood. Sometimes the local dogs bark a bit too much, but other than that, it’s a peaceful place to work. We don't have any big corporate goals or missions written on the walls. We just have a bunch of sticky notes with things we need to remember. Recruiter is just a small team of us doing our best every day. We don't use any complicated software or systems. It’s all very basic and manual. We like that we don't have to deal with the stress of a big office. It’s just a normal house on a normal street. We take our breaks in the kitchen and talk about regular things.
