Rangaswamy T R is located in Chickpet, right in the N R Industrial Estate at 151 2. If you know Chickpet, you know it’s one of the busiest places you could ever be. There is always someone moving something on a cart or a truck trying to squeeze through a tiny gap. Our space in the industrial estate is practical and built for work. It’s not a place where you’d find fancy carpets or art on the walls. It’s mostly concrete floors and metal shelves. We deal with industrial things, so there’s often a bit of grease or dust around, but that’s just how it is. Being at 151 2 means we are right in the middle of all the action. The noise of the machinery from neighboring units is something we don't even notice anymore. It's a tough place to work in some ways because it’s so crowded, but it’s also where everything happens. We don't have a big HR department or corporate policies. We just have a small group of people who know their jobs. We spend our days managing the floor and making sure the orders are moving.
