Our office is over on Sapis Road, house number 1345, right in the Yeshwantpur area. I’ve been practicing law from this spot for quite some time. It's a simple space where I spend most of my hours dealing with different types of cases and clients who need help navigating the system. Yeshwantpur is a bustling part of the city, so there’s always something going on outside the window. Finding the place is usually easy for people because 1345 is a well-known number on this stretch of road. The interior isn't anything special, just chairs, some tall bookshelves filled with law volumes, and my desk where most of the thinking happens. I don't really go in for big advertisements or anything like that. People mostly find out about me through word of mouth or by just walking past the sign. Every morning I sort through the mail and check my schedule for the day. Sometimes there’s a lot of waiting around in courts, which is just part of the job. I try to be as helpful as I can when someone comes in with a problem they can’t solve on their own. It’s just me and a bit of help keeping the files organized. We handle everything from basic advice to more involved legal representation. It’s steady work and I like the neighborhood feel of Sapis Road, even when the traffic gets heavy in the evenings and the street noise picks up.
