Ramamani Ind

This is Ramamani Ind. We are situated in the Ngef Ancillary Industrial Estate, specifically on 1st Main Road off Whitefield Road, at A 31. This is an old industrial area, and you can tell by the look of the buildings. We’ve been in this unit for a long time. It’s not the most beautiful place to work, but it gets the job done. We deal with various industrial parts and small-scale manufacturing. It’s a lot of metal, oil, and the smell of machines running. The estate can get quite crowded with trucks and delivery vans in the morning. We don't have a big corporate office or a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just find us on the shop floor. We started as a small family unit and we’ve stayed that way mostly. Whitefield has changed a lot around us with all the new IT buildings, but inside this estate, things feel the same as they did twenty years ago. We don't do much in terms of marketing. Our customers are mostly other businesses in the area who know we can handle the work. It’s loud and it’s dirty, but we enjoy the process of making things. We just focus on our machines and the orders we have to finish. There is always grease on our hands, but that is how you know we are actually working.
