If you come down to Kadugondanahalli in Bangalore, you’ll find us at Sayyed Nagar, number A 15. This is Rakshita Land Developers. We spend most of our time out on sites or looking at maps of the local area. It’s not a desk job where we sit in AC all day; we’re usually out seeing what’s happening with the plots. Bangalore is expanding so quickly, and Sayyed Nagar is part of that growth. Our office is a simple place where we keep our records and meet with people who are interested in land. We don't use big sales pitches or anything like that. We just show what’s available and talk about the practical side of things like boundaries and permits. Sometimes the traffic in this part of town makes it hard to get around, but we manage. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. Dealing with land is always a bit complicated with all the legal bits, so we just take it one step at a time. It’s a local business, run by people who live and work right here. We don't have a fancy website or a big billboard. Most people find us because they saw our sign or heard about us from someone else in the area. We just keep working, looking at the next project, and trying to stay on top of the paperwork.
