Our place is tucked away on 2nd cross in the Judicial Officers Layout. It's a quiet part of Sanjayanagar in Bangalore North. We deal with infrastructure projects, which mostly means a lot of site visits and looking at drawings. The office at 20/A is where we handle the planning and the back-and-forth stuff. It’s not a big corporate building, just a regular space where we get things done. We’ve been around RMV 2nd stage for a bit now. Construction and infra work always has its challenges, with materials and timelines constantly shifting. We just take it day by day. Some mornings are spent on the phone with suppliers, and others are out at the sites seeing how things are moving along. It’s a small group of us here. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the project at hand. The layout here is nice, mostly residential, so it’s a calm spot to come back to after a long day in the city traffic. Karnataka-560094 is home for the business. We keep the books in order and try to stay on top of the local regulations. It’s straightforward work, nothing flashy. Just Rajsurya trying to build things that last. We’re usually around if someone needs to talk about a job, but we're often out on the road.
