Rajendraugs is a small business located at 10 Akkipet 1st Cross. Now, if you know Akkipet, you know it’s one of the most crowded and narrow areas in the city. Getting a vehicle down 1st Cross can be a real challenge, so we usually tell people to walk if they can. Our shop is just a basic space at number 10 where we keep our goods. We've been here for years, and we’re part of the furniture in this neighborhood. It’s a loud, busy place with people shouting and carts moving all day long. We don't have any fancy signs or a big storefront. It’s mostly just a place to store and sell what we have. The work is physical, moving boxes and making sure everything is counted right. We don't use much technology besides a basic phone and a ledger for keeping track of things. It’s how we’ve always done it, and it seems to work fine. The air in Akkipet always feels thick with the smell of different trades, and we’re just one part of that big mix. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just open up the shutters in the morning, do our business, and close them when the sun goes down. It’s a simple life.
