Rajashekar R works out of Block No 7 in Tyagarajanagar. It’s a small office at Madhal Ali Talka Shudhakar 77 1. It’s a legal practice, but we don't treat it like one of those big, cold firms you see on TV. It’s more of a local office where people come in to ask questions about their legal problems and get some help. The files are stacked up on the wooden shelves, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what we need for a specific case. It’s a bit crowded with all the law books and papers, but we know where everything is. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which really helps when you need to read through long documents. We’ve been here in Tyagarajanagar for a good while. It's not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or a receptionist at the front. Usually, you just walk right in and we talk about what's going on. It’s more personal that way and people seem to like it. We deal with the usual court dates and a whole lot of paperwork. Some days are very long, especially when there’s a lot to file at once. The old ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking sound, but it keeps the air moving on hot days. We aren't trying to be the biggest office in town. We just handle the cases that come our way. People around here know the address. It’s a straightforward setup. We focus on the work at hand.
