Rajanna D B Adv is an advocate's office located in the Rajajinagar Industrial Estate. We are specifically at number 72 219. It’s an interesting place for a legal office since it’s mostly surrounded by small factories and workshops. But it works for us. We’ve been here for quite a while, helping people with their legal matters. Most of our work involves local business disputes, property issues, or just general advice. The office is pretty basic. We have lots of law books, some old chairs, and a desk that’s seen better days. We don't really care much about the décor. We are more concerned with getting the legal filings right and making sure our clients know what’s happening with their cases. Rajajinagar is a well-established area of Bangalore, and being in the Industrial Estate means we get to see the hardworking side of the city every day. We don't have a big team of juniors or a fancy reception. Usually, it's just me or one of the staff members answering the phone. We don't use much legal jargon when we talk to people; we try to keep it simple so everyone understands. Legal stuff can be confusing, so we just explain the steps one by one. People come to us because we are local and we don't charge for things we haven't done. It’s a straightforward practice and we intend to keep it that way for as long as we can.
