Raffles Software Pvt. Ltd. is up on the 7th floor of The Estate building at 121 Dickenson Road. Being on the 7th floor gives us a bit of a view of the city, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the screen. The Estate is a well-known building in this part of town. Even though it's a bigger building, our office feels pretty grounded. We have a small kitchen area where we keep the kettle going. It’s mostly just us and our computers. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations or modern art on the walls. It’s just a place where we come to work. Dickenson Road can get pretty crowded, especially during the lunch hour. We usually just go downstairs and find something quick to eat. The team is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces. We don’t spend much time on meetings that don't go anywhere. We’d rather just get on with it. It’s a practical atmosphere. We try to keep things simple and avoid any unnecessary drama. Working in this part of the city is convenient for most of us. We’ve settled in well over the years and it feels like the right spot for our little group. No corporate fluff, just a team doing their regular daily tasks.
