You can find Rabon Constructions LLP over in the KHB Colony in Bangalore North. We are tucked away on the 1st Cross of the 1st Stage, which is a fairly quiet residential pocket compared to the rest of the city. Being an LLP means we keep things pretty direct between the partners. We spend our time managing various building sites across this side of town. Construction is a messy business, and our office often reflects that with rolls of paper and bits of stone samples lying around. We don’t go for anything flashy. We just focus on the logistics of getting materials to the right place and making sure the labor is doing what they are supposed to. The neighborhood here is nice, and we’ve gotten to know the locals over time. Dealing with the Bangalore North traffic is probably the hardest part of our day-to-day routine. We try to get out early to beat the rush. Our work involves a lot of phone calls and checking on permits, which isn’t very exciting but it has to be done. We take pride in just being reliable. If we say we’re going to be at a site, we usually are, unless the truck breaks down. It is a simple way of running a business, focusing on the bricks and mortar rather than fancy presentations. We like the practical side of building things from the ground up and seeing the progress every week.
