R B Hospitality is tucked away in the St Bed Layout area of Koramangala, right on 1st Main. If you know the neighborhood, you know it can get pretty crowded, but our little corner is alright. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t really notice the traffic noise anymore. Our work revolves around making sure people are taken care of when they’re away from home. It’s a lot of logistics, cleaning, and making sure the supplies are stocked up. We don’t use those big words you see in brochures. We just try to keep things tidy and functional. The staff here are mostly from the local area, so we all know the best spots for tea or where to avoid when it’s raining. We don't have a big corporate office with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the phone picks it up. It’s a bit informal, maybe even a little disorganized at times, but we always get the job done. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs aren't the most ergonomic, but it works for us. We focus on the day-to-day tasks. Did the laundry get done? Is the kitchen ready? These are the things we worry about. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s necessary. We like being part of the Koramangala community. There's an energy here that keeps us going even when the days get long and the weather is hot. We just keep moving.
