Protemps Inc is tucked away in Uthi Layout, over here in Tavarakere. Specifically, we're at 1 2 B2 on the 6th Cross, 2nd Main. Finding us can be a bit tricky if you aren't familiar with the Bangalore layout system, but once you see the 6th Cross sign, we aren't far. It’s a busy little corner of the city. We spend our time trying to help people find work and helping businesses find staff when they’re in a pinch. It’s a lot of phone calls and paperwork, to be honest. Some days the office is quiet and other days there are people coming in and out all morning. The traffic on 2nd Main can be a nightmare during rush hour, so most of us try to get in early before the noise starts. We have a small team here who have been around for years. We aren't a giant multinational company with fancy slogans. We just know the Bangalore job market and we know how hard it can be for someone to find a decent position. The office is simple, just some desks and a lot of files. We take our tea breaks together when things slow down. It’s a practical way to spend the day, connecting people who need help with people who can provide it. We've seen Tavarakere change a lot over the years, but we're still right here in the same spot doing what we do.
