Prosim R D

Prosim R D is based out of Shayona Estate in Rajajinagar. We’re in unit number 4, and it’s where we do all our research and development work. It’s an industrial kind of area, which fits the kind of stuff we do. We have a lot of equipment and computers set up for testing and simulation. It’s not the kind of place where you’d come for a fancy meeting, but it’s great for getting actual work done without being disturbed. Most of the people here have a background in science or engineering, so the conversations at lunch can get a bit nerdy. We spend a lot of time trial-and-erroring things. Sometimes we spend a whole week on a project only to find out we need to start over from scratch, but that’s just how R&D goes. It can be frustrating, but we’re used to it. The estate gets a lot of trucks and deliveries, so it can be a bit noisy during the day. We’ve been in this unit for a while and have everything set up just the way we like it, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. We don't really do much in the way of sales or marketing. We just focus on the technical side of things and let the results speak for themselves. It’s a small, dedicated team and we’ve all been working together long enough to know how to stay out of each other's way.
