Propix

Propix is located at 54 Ramamurthy Nagar. We’ve been here for a while now. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us who really like the technical side of things. We aren't in a big glass building or anything; it’s just a regular spot in the neighborhood. We spend most of our time dealing with images and digital stuff, which is what the name suggests. It's a lot of sitting in front of monitors and making sure everything looks exactly how it should. Some days are quieter than others, but we usually have something to keep us busy. We don't have a lot of meetings or long-winded discussions. We just get the files, do the work, and send it back. It's a very hands-on kind of place. The office feels lived-in, with cables everywhere and maybe some old hardware sitting in the corner that we haven't gotten around to throwing away yet. Ramamurthy Nagar is a good place to be; it feels like a real community and we have our favorite spots to get lunch around the corner. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive furniture. We’d rather just focus on the projects we have on our desks. If you stop by, you'll probably find us hunched over our workstations with headphones on, just getting through the day's tasks. It’s a simple, straightforward way to work, and it suits our small team just fine.
