We work in estates, which means we are usually busy with lots of details about land and buildings. Our office is a straightforward space where we spend most of our hours. It’s not very big, but it’s enough for the team we have. Shantinagar is a central place to be, and we like being close to the action. There is always a lot of traffic on Langford Road, so we get used to the sound of horns and engines all day. We aren't really about the flashy stuff you see in brochures. We just sit down, look at the files, and try to get things sorted for our clients. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes it feels like we’re drowning in paperwork, but we eventually get through it. We’ve been in this building for some time now and know the little quirks of the place, like which window doesn’t close right. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby.
