PREMA VENTURES LLP

We’re over in Jayanagar 8th Block, right on 38th Cross. The address is No. 485/75, and it’s a pretty nice spot in Bangalore South, near BSK II Stage. Prema Ventures LLP is what we call our business, though mostly it’s just us working together on local real estate and venture stuff. Jayanagar is such a classic part of the city, and we really enjoy being based here. It’s got that old-school Bangalore charm that’s hard to find elsewhere. Our office isn't anything too flashy; it’s just a place where we get our work done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people to discuss different projects. We aren't into the whole high-pressure sales thing or using lots of corporate jargon. We’d rather just talk to you plainly about what’s going on. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the files and drawings lying around, but we know where everything is. We’ve been part of this community for a while now and we like the people we deal with. Every day brings something different, which keeps it interesting. We’re just trying to do a good job and stay busy. If you’re around the 8th Block, you might see us heading out for coffee or lunch. We’re just regular folks running a local business the best we can. It's about being honest and showing up when we say we will.
