We set up shop in Indira Nagar because it’s a central spot for folks looking for work. Our office is at 458 1, which isn't the easiest place to find if you're not looking closely, but we've been here long enough that people find us. We spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to people who need jobs. It gets pretty busy on Monday mornings. The phones don't stop ringing and there’s usually a pile of paperwork on every desk. We aren't a huge corporation with fancy slogans. We're just a small team trying to help people get placed where they fit. Sometimes it works out great, and other times it takes a few tries. We deal with all sorts of companies and candidates, so no two days look the same. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most important piece of equipment we own. We don't have a big HR handbook for ourselves; we just talk things through and figure it out as we go. Working in Indira Nagar means there's always something happening outside our window. We like the energy of the neighborhood. It keeps us on our toes. We don’t make big promises, we just look through the files and see who’s hiring. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning till night. We've been at this for a bit now and plan to stay put.
