Ulsoor is one of those places that feels like it’s always been there, and being tucked away in Moti Begamwadi is just part of it. Prabhakar G L Adv is located over here in Arithant Aawas, specifically at number 23. It’s a bit of a walk if you aren’t used to the local turns, but once you find the building, it’s easy enough. The stairs can be a bit steep on a hot afternoon, but that’s just how these older spots are built. Inside, it’s mostly just files and the sound of the fan overhead. I’ve spent a lot of time in this office looking out at the neighborhood. You see the same faces every day, which is nice. Moti Begamwadi has a certain rhythm to it that you don’t find in the newer parts of town. Arithant Aawas is a solid building, even if the paint is peeling a little here and there. We don't really go in for those flashy signs or expensive furniture. It’s just a place to get the legal work done and talk to people who need help with their paperwork. Sometimes the traffic near Ulsoor lake makes things run a bit late, but we generally stick to our routine. It’s a quiet corner for a quiet profession. Just an honest setup in a part of the city that still feels like home to most of us.
