Power Design

We run Power Design out of a space at No 22, 3, on the 10th Cross in Chinnappa Garden. This part of Bangalore, around the 560046 zip code, is where we’ve set up our shop. It’s a local neighborhood, so you get the sounds of the street and people walking by all day. We deal with electrical design work, mostly focusing on how power gets distributed in different buildings. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some sturdy tables, a few computers, and shelves full of old project binders. It’s not a polished corporate environment, but it’s where we feel comfortable. Sometimes the power goes out in the neighborhood, which is ironic for a place called Power Design, but we just wait it out like everyone else. Our team is small, just a few local guys who know their way around a circuit diagram. We don’t have fancy brochures or a sales team. Usually, if someone needs a design done, they just drop by the 10th Cross and ask for us. We try to be helpful and give honest advice about what will work and what won't. The garden area is nice to walk through during lunch breaks. It’s been our home for a good number of years now. We just take one job at a time and try to get it right without making a big fuss about it. That is how we operate here.
