Our office is over in Hal 2nd Stage in Indiranagar, Bangalore. It is a decent spot, though finding parking can be a real headache some days. We’ve been operating Pmcc India Pvt Ltd from here for some years. It’s not one of those modern glass buildings you see in the tech parks. We prefer it this way. It’s a bit more grounded. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and computers. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle for tea. The traffic in Bangalore has definitely gotten worse since we first moved in, but we've learned the shortcuts by now. Most of our staff have been here a long time, so we’re more like a small family than a bunch of coworkers. We don't have big meetings with fancy slides. Usually, we just talk across the room if something needs doing. The windows let in some light, but they also let in the noise from the street. You get used to it after a week or two. We don't spend a lot of time worrying about how we look to the outside world. We just focus on getting the daily work finished so we can beat the evening rush hour. It’s a simple, honest place to work. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest. We are just here doing our thing in Indiranagar, keeping things steady and getting through the usual daily tasks.
