PLOTIFI INFRA LLP

We are up on the 11th floor in Electronic City Phase 1. If you know this area, you know the traffic can be a real headache around shift change times, but the view from Flat 1102 is actually pretty decent. Most days it is just a few of us here handling the paperwork and talking to people about land. It isn't a fancy setup with a big lobby or anything like that. Just a regular office space where we keep our files and meet up to discuss ongoing projects. We started Plotifi Infra LLP because we saw how confusing the whole real estate thing can be for regular people. There are always so many forms and different rules to follow. Sometimes the coffee machine acts up and we end up going downstairs for tea instead. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone asks a question, we just tell them what we know. It is busy around here, especially with all the tech companies nearby, but we like the energy. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out looking at sites, so the office is mostly for the quiet work. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows, but we have the fans going. It is just a small team trying to get things done right without making it more complicated than it needs to be. We have been in this spot for a while now and we don't plan on moving anytime soon.
