You can find us at Jayanagar 9Th Block 2602. Pinnacle Infologix Pvt Ltd is just a bunch of us who spend too much time around computers and screens. We’ve been in this part of Jayanagar for a good while. The office is tucked away and sometimes people miss the entrance if they aren't looking closely. Inside, it’s mostly wires, monitors, and half-empty tea cups. We handle a lot of tech stuff, mostly fixing things that stop working or setting up systems for people who don't want to deal with it themselves. It gets pretty loud when everyone is talking on the phone at once. We don't have a fancy lounge or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a basic kettle and some biscuits. The commute around here can be a real pain with the traffic on the main road, so we’re usually a bit tired when we get in. But once the work starts, we stay focused. We’ve learned a lot over the years just by making mistakes and figuring out how to fix them. It’s not always smooth. Some days the servers give us trouble and we’re here late into the night. Other days are quiet and we get to catch up on paperwork. We don't really do big meetings. We just talk across the desks. It’s a simple way to run things. We’re just regular people trying to make the technology behave for everyone else. It’s a job, but we like it well enough.
