You can find us at 100 14 D Cross, over in the 2nd Stage of West of Chord Road here in Bangalore. It's a busy neighborhood, especially with all the movement near the 2nd Phase. Peoplesmart Consultants Ltd is what we call ourselves, but really, we're just a small team trying to keep up with the local demand for consulting. The office is tucked away a bit, so sometimes people miss the turn when they first visit. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It's not the most exciting work to talk about, but it's what we know how to do. Bangalore changes so fast, with new buildings going up every week, but we’ve stayed put at this address for quite a while. We don't have those fancy coffee machines or glass walls like the startups in Indiranagar. Our desks are a bit cluttered and the chairs are just okay. We focus on the tasks at hand, usually helping people figure out their staffing or business hurdles. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just take a short break until it's back. That’s just how it goes in this city. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Bangalore. We just want to do right by the people who walk through our door at 560086. It's a decent place to work and we all get along well enough most days.
