You can find us in Bangalore, though our address can be a little confusing for people who haven't visited before. We are at what used to be Old No 330 A, but it’s now New No 10. It’s an older building that has a lot of character, even if it’s not the most modern thing on the street. Pb Power India Ltd is focused on the power and energy sector, but we keep things very grounded here. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We have engineers and staff who have been with us for a long time. The office has a lot of old files and equipment sitting around, which shows how long we’ve been at this. We don't go in for fancy mission statements or marketing gimmicks. We just know our way around power systems and how to manage the projects we’re given. The area around us in Karnataka is always changing, with new buildings going up all the time, but we’ve stayed put in this spot. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but we’re used to the Bangalore traffic by now. We spend a lot of time on site visits or looking over technical drawings at our desks. It’s hard work and sometimes the days are long, but there’s a sense of satisfaction in getting the job done right. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way every day.
