Partners In Progress

The office for Partners In Progress is over on Mission Road in the Wakdewadi area. It is a part of Pune that has changed a lot over the years. We are located in the section known as Mission Road Wakdewadi 4. Our daily routine is pretty standard. I get in, check the mail, and start working through whatever project is currently on the table. The space we have is functional. It’s got enough room for our desks and a small area where we can sit and talk about what needs to be done. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside. Most people who come here already know where we are. The air around here can be a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, but we just keep the windows shut when it gets bad. There is a lot of collaboration happening between the partners here. We don't always agree on everything, but we work through it until the job is finished. It is a very hands-on environment. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, eating snacks from the shop around the corner. We are just a group of people working together in a quiet part of town. There isn't much more to it than that. We show up and do what we need to do to keep things moving forward.
