My place is located in Gayathri Nagar, specifically at number 3705. It’s a residential area mostly, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads. I’ve set up my workspace here because it’s convenient and lets me focus on the projects I have going on. Most days involve a lot of sitting at the desk and going through various tasks that need attention. It’s not a big commercial operation with signs and lights. Usually, it’s just me and maybe a visitor or two throughout the day. I’ve lived and worked in this area long enough to know the local rhythms. The milkman comes at the same time, the afternoon sun hits the front door a certain way, and the neighbors are all familiar faces. I don't like making things more complicated than they need to be. If there is work to do, I do it. I’ve got my books, my computer, and a decent pot of coffee most mornings. Being at 3705 feels right. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stop, but I like the exercise. The walls are filled with things I’ve collected over the years, making it feel more like a home than a sterile office. It’s a simple setup for a simple way of working, and that suits my style just fine. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow when the weather is bad, but I manage to get things done eventually.
