We've been printing things here for quite a long time. The shop is full of the smell of ink and the sound of machines running, which is something you get used to pretty quickly. It’s not a silent office by any means. We have various types of equipment squeezed into the space at number 48. Sometimes it feels a bit tight when we have a big order of posters or pamphlets to get through, but we make it work. We are right there on the 19th Main Road, so we get a fair amount of people walking in just to ask a quick question about a print job. We don't have any fancy sales people. It’s usually just one of us coming out from the back with ink on our hands to talk to whoever walked in. Being in the 2nd Block of Rajaji Nagar is good because it’s a busy area with lots of other shops around. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but we’re still here doing the same kind of work. We just take the orders as they come and try to get them finished on time. It’s a practical business, and we like the hands-on nature of it all.
