Paramount Constructions

We’re over in Basaveshwara Nagar, tucked away on the 8th Main in the BEML Layout. Construction work is what we do every day. It’s usually pretty dusty and loud around the sites where we are working, but that’s just the nature of building things. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to the guys about where the materials need to go. It isn't always a smooth process; sometimes the rain messes up the whole schedule or a truck delivery is late and we have to wait around. We just deal with those things as they happen because that's part of the job. We’ve been working around this part of the city for quite a while now. Most of our tools and heavy equipment stay in the back of the trucks or at the small yard we keep. We aren't really the type to sit in a clean office all day. We'd rather be out on the ground seeing how the walls are going up and making sure the foundation is right. People around the neighborhood see our trucks moving back and forth quite a bit during the week. It’s hard work and it can be really tiring when the sun is hitting the site in the afternoon. We don’t have a marketing team. Usually, people just see a house we worked on and ask the owner who did it. It’s just about putting one brick on top of another properly and making sure everything stays put.
