Our office is located over in Madiwaala, specifically in the Reddy Lay Out on 4th A Cross. We are on the second floor of building number 21. If you know this part of Bangalore, you know how crowded Maruthi Nagar gets, so finding a spot to park near the office is usually a bit of a headache. Paradigm Recruitment Solutions is basically just us trying to help people find a decent place to work. We spend a lot of our time on the computers looking at job boards and talking to different firms that need extra hands for their projects. The office itself is pretty plain, nothing fancy to see, just some desks, chairs, and a whole lot of charging cables for our phones. We have been here for a while and have watched the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. It gets pretty loud outside with all the traffic and the shops nearby, but we just keep the door shut and focus on sorting through the resumes. Sometimes candidates drop by for a quick chat, and we try to give them a straight answer about what is actually available. It is not always easy because sometimes there just are not enough jobs to go around for everyone who asks. We just take things day by day. If you are coming to visit, look for our sign near the stairs. It is just a regular local business doing what we can.
