Pace Seating Systems

You can find us at Pace Seating Systems over in the Seetharam Industrial Estate. The address is 304/2/1 on M.E.S. Road in Jalahalli. It’s a proper industrial area, so there’s always the sound of machinery and trucks in the background. We make chairs and benches, mostly for offices and schools. Our workshop is full of metal frames, foam, and rolls of fabric. It’s not a showroom where everything is perfect. There’s sawdust on the floor and the smell of glue in the air. We don’t have a sales team. Usually, if someone wants to buy something, they just walk into the back and talk to one of the guys working. We try to keep things moving, but making things by hand takes time. Some days the welding machine acts up, and we lose a few hours fixing it. It’s frustrating, but it’s part of the trade. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and we know most of the other workshop owners on the road. We share tools and help each other out when a big load comes in. It’s hard work, and your back usually hurts by the end of the shift. But we like seeing a finished chair ready to go out. It feels like we actually did something useful today. We aren't trying to be famous, just trying to build things that don't break.
