P H Ramalingam is located at 41 Nagdevi Cross Lane in Vasanth Nagar. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know it can get pretty crowded and loud. Our office is right in the middle of all that action. It’s a narrow lane, and there is always something being loaded or unloaded nearby. We’ve gotten used to the chaos. Inside our space at number 41, it’s a bit calmer, though you can still hear the street outside. We don’t have a lot of room to spare, so everything has its place. It’s a functional environment, not a decorative one. We don't spend money on fancy furniture when the old stuff still works fine. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for a long time. We don't really do formal meetings. We just talk across the room when something needs to be decided. It’s a simple way to run things. We aren't trying to be some big national corporation. We are just a local business doing our thing in Vasanth Nagar. People around here know us, and we know them. It’s a community. We just put our heads down and get through the list of things to do every morning. It’s worked for us so far, and we don't see any reason to change.
