Outsource Partners International

Our office is located at 2 Appajiappa Garden in the Doddigunta area of Coxtown, Bangalore. It’s a bit of an older part of the city, which we actually quite like. Outsource Partners International isn’t some big, faceless entity. We’re just a few people working out of this building. The space itself is nothing to brag about, but it’s functional and it’s ours. We spend our mornings going through tasks and our afternoons trying to finish them all. There’s a small garden area nearby where we sometimes take a break when the weather isn't too humid or raining. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy website to show off. Most of our work comes from people who just know where we are or have worked with us before. We keep things simple. The desks are a bit mismatched and the floor creaks in a few spots, but it adds character to the place. We don't use corporate jargon or talk about things like "synergy." We just focus on the work sitting in front of us. Coxtown is a nice place to be based because it feels more like a community than a sterile business district. We’ve made some good friends in the neighborhood over the years. It’s a quiet life for the most part, apart from the usual Bangalore traffic noise. We like it that way. It’s a practical place for practical work and we enjoy our routine.
