You can find us at 402 on the 15th A Main, 13th Cross in Venkateshwara Layout. It's right in the Madiwala area of Bangalore. Outsource Partners International has been here for a good while. The neighborhood is always active, which keeps us on our toes. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage our daily tasks. We don't have any high-tech gadgets or modern art on the walls. It’s mostly just us, our computers, and several pots of coffee throughout the day. The traffic around Madiwala is legendary, so we’ve learned to plan our days around the rush hours. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a dedicated group of us who know each other well and get along. We handle the work that comes through the door without a lot of complaining or fanfare. Sometimes the power goes out, or it gets too hot in the afternoon, but we have our routines. It feels like a very human way to run a business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image or a fancy reception. We just want to do a decent job and go home to our families in the evening. The stairs up to our floor can be a bit of a climb, but it’s good exercise for us. We’ve gotten used to the sounds of the street and the rhythm of this part of Bangalore. It is where we work.
