Oracle

You can find Oracle at Home No 107, which is on the 1st Floor of the 4th Main in Income Tax Layout. This is part of the Vijayanagar area in Bangalore, 560040. The 1st floor setup gives us a bit of a view of the street, so we can see the daily bustle of the layout. Income Tax Layout is a fairly organized neighborhood, though it still has the usual Bangalore chaos at the intersections. The house itself is a typical residential building that we have adapted for our needs. We use the main rooms for our daily operations. It is not a place with a lobby or a fancy sign outside. We just have our name on the door and get to work. The 4th Main stays pretty busy with cars and scooters. We have gotten to know the regular delivery guys and the people living in the surrounding houses. Inside, the space is filled with our equipment and piles of papers. It is a bit lived-in, with some scuffs on the walls and furniture that has seen better days, but it is comfortable for us. We don't follow a strict corporate dress code or anything like that. We just focus on getting through the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do, watching the streetlights flicker on outside. It is a practical and honest way to spend our working hours here in Vijayanagar.
