We are located over in Banashankari 3rd Stage, right at building 3124. This place is usually full of people looking for work or companies trying to find someone to hire. It gets pretty hectic around here, especially on Monday mornings when the phone won't stop ringing. We started Optedjobs because we saw how hard it was for folks to find a decent paycheck without jumping through a hundred hoops. So, we just sit here and try to match resumes with what businesses say they need. It’s a lot of paperwork and even more talking. The office is a bit small for how many people we have, but it works for us. We don't have those fancy coffee machines you see in movies, just a kettle in the corner. Most of us live nearby, so we know the area well. Sometimes it’s rewarding when someone calls back to say they got the job, though usually, we just move on to the next person on the list. It’s steady work and it keeps the lights on. We don’t use any complicated software that promises the world, just basic stuff that gets the job done. If you walk past, you’ll probably see us hunched over our screens. It's just a normal day-to-day operation here in the neighborhood. We spend our time getting people into seats so they can start earning. That's really all there is to it. We just keep things moving.
