At Omam Consultants Services Pvt Ltd, we work out of 8 Rifco Santosh Apartment on Nal Road. It is in the Murugeshpalya area of Bangalore. If you know the city, you know the traffic can be a bit of a headache around here, but the office itself is a decent place to spend the day. We are on the ground floor, so it is easy to walk in. We do a lot of consulting work, mostly helping folks find jobs or helping companies fill their spots. It is not a high-pressure corporate environment. We keep things pretty casual. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of energy for what we do. Bangalore is a tech hub, but we deal with all kinds of industries. We have been at this address for several years now. We are not interested in being the most famous name in town. We just want to do a solid job for the people who trust us. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of work, and other days it is a bit slower. We do not have a big HR department because we are the HR experts ourselves. It is a bit ironic if you think about it. Most of our clients are just regular business owners like us. We talk to them plainly and try to solve their staffing issues without making it a whole big thing. It is a practical office for practical people.
