You can find our office at Number 9 on Shivaji Road, right in the Jeevan Bhima Nagar area. Even though the name says Pvt Ltd, we aren't some big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a small team working out of a modest space. Most of our work involves interior projects or textile-related tasks, depending on what our current contracts look like. The building we are in is older, and the stairs are a bit narrow. Shivaji Road is a hectic place with plenty of traffic, so there’s always the sound of horns in the background while we work. We spend our days looking over plans or checking sample materials. It’s not always glamorous work. Sometimes we are just counting stock or chasing up on orders that haven't arrived. We’ve been at this location for a few years now and have gotten to know the other shop owners on the street. Our office is a bit messy with blueprints and fabric swatches scattered around the desks. We don't have a receptionist to answer the phones; whoever is closest just picks it up. It’s a very casual atmosphere where we focus on getting the details right for the job at hand. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do good work and stay busy enough to keep the lights on. It’s a simple life on Shivaji Road.
