You can find Oio Technologies over at unit C103 in the Shri Diya Voila building. We are located near Sompura Gate in Sarjapur, right across the road from Sandeepani School. Being in this part of Bangalore is interesting because it feels a bit like the edge of the city. The office is actually part of a residential complex, so it doesn't feel like a cold, corporate environment at all. We have a few rooms set up with our equipment, and it’s generally quite peaceful during the day. Most of our work involves technical support and development, so we spend a lot of time typing and testing things out. We don't have a big management team or anything like that. It is just a few of us who have been doing this for a while. We often walk over to the local stalls to get some snacks or tea in the afternoon. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that’s just part of working in this area. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just try to be useful and get through our daily to-do lists without making things more complicated than they need to be. It is a very down-to-earth way of running a business. We like the fact that we can just focus on the technical side of things without having to worry about all the usual office politics or formal dress codes.
