Officer Trainee

We are based in the Nagappa Building at 5H on Govind Chetty Palya Road. This is over in the Konnapanagara area of Bangalore. Our place is called Officer Trainee, and it is a pretty basic setup. We aren't located in one of those huge tech parks you see everywhere in the city. Instead, we are in a more traditional building that has been around for a while. The road outside can get a bit congested during the morning rush, but it’s a good spot to be in. We spend our time here training people and handling various administrative duties that come our way. The office itself is just a few rooms with tables and chairs. We don't have any expensive art on the walls or a coffee machine that makes fancy drinks. We just have a kettle and some local tea. People come here to learn and to get their work finished. We like the fact that we are tucked away in Konnapanagara because it feels more like a real neighborhood. Our team is small, mostly just a few of us who have lived in Bangalore for years. We know the shortcuts and how to get things done when the city gets busy. It’s an honest place where we work hard and don't make a big deal out of it. If you're looking for the Nagappa Building, just look for the shops on the ground floor and head up to the office.
