Nunico Consulting

Our office is on the 3rd Cross of Lakshmi Road in Shanthinagar, which is a pretty nice part of Bangalore, all things considered. Nunico Consulting has been operating out of this building for a few years now. It’s an old house that was converted into office spaces, so it still has that residential feel to it. There’s a small garden out front that we try to keep alive, though we’re not very good at it. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of coffee mugs. We do consulting work, which basically means people come to us when they have problems they can’t solve on their own. We don't wear suits or ties here. Usually, it’s just jeans and t-shirts. We think it helps people feel more comfortable when they come to talk to us. Shanthinagar is great because there are so many good places to eat nearby, so lunch breaks are usually the highlight of our day. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city. We just want to do good work for the people who hire us. Sometimes the internet goes out or the power cuts, and we just sit around talking until it comes back on. It’s a very human way to run a business. We know our clients by their first names and they know ours. It’s just how we like to do things. No big corporate mission, just solving one problem at a time.
