You can find Novosanctum Innovations Llp all the way up on the 13th floor. We are in Flat 1 of the G16 Block in the Shantiniketan complex. Being that high up means we get a pretty decent view of the surroundings, which is nice when we need a break from looking at screens all day. Shantiniketan is a large place, so it takes a bit of time to get through the gates and find the right block, but once you’re in the lift, it’s a quick ride up. The office itself is basically a converted flat. It has a kitchen area where we make our tea and a main living space that we’ve filled with desks and equipment. It feels more personal than a standard office cubicle farm. Sometimes the wind whistles a bit through the windows because we are so high up, but otherwise, it's a quiet place to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy boardroom. We just have a few chairs around a table where we discuss things. It’s a functional space for our small team to gather. Working out of a residential complex has its quirks, like waiting for the service lift or seeing people walking their dogs downstairs, but it makes the workday feel a bit more normal. We spend most of our time here just plugging away at our tasks and keeping the business running.
