Novidatec Llp

You can find us at 2287 on the 14th Main in HAL 2nd Stage. Novidatec Llp is a small operation. We’ve been in this part of town for some time now. HAL 2nd Stage is a nice area with a lot of trees and some good spots to grab a snack. Our office is a simple place. We don't have a lobby with a big logo on the wall. It’s just a room where we can sit down and focus on our tasks. Most of our work involves software and data, which means we spend a lot of time staring at monitors. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to each other. If something is broken, we just say it’s broken and then try to fix it. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have many meetings, mostly because we are a small enough group that we can just talk to each other whenever we need to. The 14th Main can get a bit busy during rush hour, but it’s usually not too bad. We like being in this neighborhood. It feels more like a community than a business district. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just show up every morning, do what we need to do, and go home. It’s a straightforward life. We focus on the work at hand and try not to overcomplicate things. Every now and then, we might grab a tea from the stall across the street.
